Asif Mehmood Khan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC). He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University in 2023. He provides primary care through all age groups by well checks, disease screening and prevention, as well as management of chronic illnesses. He is compassionate about decreasing health disparities within the community and prides himself on creating patient partnerships to empower patient’s to take control of their health. He speaks Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi besides English.
